Excellence in education, like many other things in life, is not about brick and mortar external appearances, but rather the quality of the content within. Klub Kids (www.klubkids.com) is one such preschool in South Forsyth, which consistently employs innovation to improve the quality of education. Their 3.5-acre campus, which includes a gym and a swimming pool, is not a stereotypical childcare center, but rather a great educational launch pad for children into elementary schools.

Most childcare centers have one or two preschool and pre-k classrooms, but Klub Kids has four pre-k and two preschool classrooms. Klub Kids also has an excellent line-up of teachers, with an average teaching experience of approximately eight years. Their minimum educational qualification for a lead pre-k teacher is a four-year college degree in early childhood, combined with good classroom experience, creativity and innovation. It is no wonder that Bright From the Start officially appointed one of their teachers to be a mentor for other state funded pre-k programs.

Klub Kids offers a very well rounded program which has a great balance of classroom based curriculum work, practical learning through fun field trips, physical fitness and discipline. Through this unique experience, children quickly engage and develop a sense of curiosity towards learning and demonstrate individuality through participation. Parents are always encouraged to take an integral part in the curriculum and in all evaluations.

Klub Kids also organizes special activities and offers a spectrum of extra curricular activities. Special activities organized each month, further enhances the learning experience by providing an innovative venue for children to absorb new concepts and life skills. These activities include special programs delivered by Zoo Atlanta, Forsyth County Sheriff’s office, Chef, Edutainer, Musician etc. Last but not the least, there is plenty of choice when it comes to selecting an appropriate extra curricular activity for your child. Basketball, Playball ©, Ballet, Gymnastics, Soccer and Swimming are few of the popular ones.

It is very rare to find a school like Klub Kids, but what’s more amazing is the fact that they consistently achieve the ‘Exceeds’ ratings awarded by the state of Georgia.

It is no wonder that each year more than 200 parents line up for the 80 pre-k spots. When asked about their experiences at Klub Kids, one parent’s comment was, "It is hard to imagine your young pre-k child going to school everyday for 6.5 hours, but when my son wakes up every morning saying 'I love school!' I know I have made the right choice enrolling him at Klub Kids. He loves his teachers and they truly care about him too."
